INPRO/SEAL

Permanent Bearing Protection And Complete Shaft Seals

Inpro/Seal is the world leader of permanent bearing protection and complete shaft seals for rotating equipment. In 1977, Inpro/Seal invented the original Bearing Isolator and has maintained a leadership status in their market ever since. With over 30 years of expertise, they are prepared to provide custom engineered solutions.

Inpro/Seal is dedicated to being the preferred solution for rotating equipment customers. They do this by providing custom engineered solutions and are continuously working to deliver quality products.

For over 30 years, Inpro/Seal has provided unique sealing solutions that improve the reliability of rotating equipment worldwide. Inpro/Seal products are tested and proved to be top of their class.

Inpro/Seal offers permanent bearing protection. No matter the size or complexity of the application, Inpro/Seal’s technical experts can design a custom solution to fit your specific needs. Their Bearing Isolator is a two-part dynamic seal consisting of a rotor and a stator attached to the shaft. The rotor and stator form a non-contacting compound seal ensuring permanent protection.

Inpro/Seal also offers complete shaft seals. These AM (Air Mizer) Solutions are non-contacting shaft seals. They are designed to prevent any product loss, harmful emissions, and contamination of your rotating equipment. Only Am Solutions shaft seals fully accommodate radial run-out, axial movement, and incorrect alignment at the same time.

Inpro/Seal’s products also include shaft grounding solutions such as the Current Diverter Ring (CDR) and Motor Grounding Seal (MGS). The CDR grounds bearing-causing currents and helps prevent premature motor failure. The MGS provides total bearing protection against shaft currents, contamination, and loss of lubrication. Both the CDR and MGS are custom engineered to provide permanent bearing protection.

Inpro/Seal has also created the Steam Turbine Floating Brush Seal (FBS). The FBS extends the lifetime to 3-4 years versus conventional carbon rings that only last 6-12 months. The FBS is comprised of flexible metallic bristles. These bristles bend with changing clearances between rotating and stationary surfaces. This unique technology slows down the natural wear of carbon rings. Plus, it only takes one minute to install.
